Top Tip - Preferred Vendor

Within the General 1 tab of a vendor profile, there is a setting labelled "Preferred Vendor":

When this is ticked for a vendor of a particular type, such as CARCOMPANY in this example, the vendor name will automatically be pre-populated in the Vendor Name field when creating a folder item of the same type, i.e. Car in this case:

**PLEASE NOTE**: Pre-populating the vendor name in the folder item will only occur if only one vendor of any particular type has the "Preferred Vendor" setting ticked.
