REPORTS: ABTA report changes

Changes have been made to the ABTA reports based on feedback received from customers and ABTA. 

From version 20.028 customers will see the following reports in the Booking Management Module:

1.  ABTA Quarterly Turnover Certificate (2022)
2.  ABTA Quarterly Turnover Detailed Report (2022) - by Folder
3.  ABTA Quarterly Turnover Detailed Report (2022) - by Item Type, Product Code, Financial Vendor

And the legacy ABTA reports will be hidden - 'ABTA Quarterly Turnover Certificate (2019)' and 'ABTA Quarterly Turnover Detailed Report (2019)'.
