Travel Folder Optimisation

The below travel folder features have been implemented recently to improve the user experience and optimise productivity:

• Folder itinerary tabs can be reordered or even hidden if they are never used.
• Pricings can be adjusted by clicking directly on the record in the item Price tab.
• Create your own default pricing descriptions per item type.

Folder Itinerary tabs:

Within the Folder tab of security profiles, there is a section where the product type tabs within the Itinerary tab of a travel folder can now be re-ordered. Additionally, if your travel business does not sell certain product types, these tabs can be configured not to display at all. Click here for more details.

Adjust pricings directly within the price tab:

Air Ticket items have long provided the user with the ability to edit the pricing amounts within the grid of the Price tab, rather than having to retrieve each pricing record in order to do so. This option has been extended to apply to all product types. Click here for more details.

Configure default pricing descriptions:

Within the General 2 tab of Branch Details, it is now possible to configure default pricing descriptions for non-ticket product types. Click here for more details.
