Billian - Technology Partner

Billian provide online booking software and website design services to Travel Agencies.  You can design your own travel booking website with Billian, and either plug in to Billian's or Dolphin's travel provider connections, with all bookings being pushed automatically into the Booking Management Module.

Billian's booking platform caters for Leisure (B2C), Trade (B2B) and Corporate bookings and the site can be tailor-made to the meet the requirements of the Travel Agent regarding branding, look and feel etc.

Billian's booking platform is called Travelflow. Billian's admin site, required to set up all of the necessary configuration, is called Flightdeck

There are two ways in which Dolphin's integration with the Billian booking platform can be used:

1. Dolphin's AdminAPI - this option is available to all Dolphin customers. Bookings will be made on Billian's platform making use of product provided by Billian's own third party connectors. The entire search/book process takes place in Billian's system. Once complete, the booking details are then passed through to the Booking Management Module.                                                                            
2. Dolphin's ResAPI - this option is available to Dolphin's Reservation Module customers only.  Using Billian's booking engine -  the search and/or book process is handled by Dolphin's ResAPI web services. Therefore the travel product presented to the user for booking is sourced from the connectors configured for use in the Reservation Module.  As part of the ResAPI flow the booking will of course be passed to Booking Management Module through the AdminAPI to create the folder.
