The following document advises any changes required for each affected Dolphin Hosted service
Note the following requirements to access https://hosted.dolphinanywhere.com and launch Dolphin applications.
- Please ensure the following IPs are open on your firewall on TCP port 443
- Users must be able to launch mstsc.exe on their PC (or equivalent on Apple operating systems)
- Users must have an active/stable internet connection.
If you make use of Dolphin’s FTP service to upload/download files you will need to make the following changes:
- New FTP Site
Note that connections will only be accepted via SFTP. Please see below for a connection example using Filezilla:
If you need a copy of the certificate for a 3rd party application, please download one here from https://hosted.dolphinanywhere.com.
If you provide your own SMTP service, you will need to add the following IP addresses to your SPF records on your Domain Host to avoid spam rejections:
If you use either of Dolphins APIs to make or manage bookings, you will need to update the endpoint URL:
- New URL – https://DolphinAPI.flightscanner.biz
If you are unsure where to update this, your old URL is in the format https://xxxxx.flightscanner.biz
