Dolphin's Booking Management Module has functionality to use shortcut keys in order to add dates.
You've made a new booking enquiry that you need to add into your Dolphin Booking Management Module manually, added the passenger details and now need to add a host of items which happen to be booked for a series of different dates. Rather than type in each date manually, why don't you use the handy shortcut keys? Is the flight a month in advance? Simply press 'H'. A week? 'K'. A year? 'R'.
A number of keys can be used to add dates quickly and efficiently. You are able to add and subtract days, weeks, months, and years instantly when pressing a series of combinations. This functionality can be used anywhere within the Booking Management Module that accepts date entry which includes creating bookings and our reports.
This time saving functionality will provide you with the opportunity to speed up various searches that enable date filters and effectively make your booking software experience more enjoyable.

The following keys can be used in any date field:

A |

D |
-1 Day |
K |
+1 weeK |
W |
-1 Week |
H |

R |

Y |

Examples:
- By hitting A four times, you will end up with a date four days hence.
- By hitting H, you will end up with a date one month hence.
You can also use keys in any combination:
- To get a date 6 days hence, you can enter K, followed by D.
- To end up with a date 3 days ago, simply hit T once and then D three times (or actually hitting D three times on an empty date field will have the same effect).
Note Apart from T which puts today's date into the field, all letters either add or subtract the specified period from the date present in the field, or to/from today's date if the field is empty.
Keyboard Shortcut keys
Actually anywhere within Dolphin where you see Underlined letters, you can use the Alt-Underline keyboard shortcut to jump to that area.
