Generic Accounts Export - new Accounts Export format

The attached guide and accompanying spreadsheet describes the new Generic Accounts Export accounts export file format.  

This documentation includes details on how this format can be used to export accounting figures from the Booking Management Module into QuickBooks Online & Xero.  However, the export files have also been designed to include useful data relating to the following transaction types:

• Sales & Cost of Sales
• Customer Receipts & Refunds
• Vendor Payments & Refunds

This will allow customers to potentially import the data into other accounts packages as long as the files contain data in the format appropriate to the accounts package.
