- Launch your Dolphin application as normal via https://login.dolphinanywhere.com
- If needed, expand ‘Show Details’
- You will see the following message and the session will shortly close down
- An email will be automatically sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive an email, please check your Junk. If you still do not receive an email, please contact Support

- If you used Microsoft/Google etc you will additionally need to enter the OTP token from your chosen app in the box at the bottom and click Register in order to complete registration
- You will receive a message saying that registration is complete
Step 3 – Launch Dolphin

- Show Details as per the original step if needed
- The following behaviour will now differ depending on your chosen Authenticator application
OpenOTP Token

- Go to your mobile device and authorize the push notification
- You will be presented with a 2 digit number (don’t use the 6 digit code)
- Enter it when challenged as per the screenshot below
- Bear in mind that numlock can be in a reversed state over RDP if you are trying and failing to use a number pad.
- Once entered, Dolphin will launch
Other Authenticator Apps
- If you have used a different Authenticator app, you will be prompted to enter a token
- Fetch the token for your Dolphin Application in your Authenticator App
- Enter it at the prompt
- Bear in mind that numlock can be in a reversed state over RDP if you are trying and failing to use a number pad. Unfortunately this is default behaviour which we do not have control over.
