Dolphin now offers the option to issue and print "lite" versions of customer financial documents, where the itinerary content and layout has been pared down. The images below compare original and lite copies of an invoice and receipt for a travel folder containing every item type plus a fee and discount - the lite copies are to the right. You will see in this example that the lite option has condensed the item and pricing details to fit on one page:
The lite options are also available for credit notes and refunds, and can be accessed in the standard way via Options > Document Setup. Simply choose the following files when configuring the file path:
- InvAndCrdLiteDoc.rpt for invoices/credit notes
- RcptAndRfndLiteDoc.rpt for receipts/refunds
