Dolphin now offers the option to issue and print "lite" versions of customer financial documents, where the itinerary content & layout has been pared down. The images below compare original & lite copies of an invoice & receipt for a travel folder containing every item type plus a fee & discount - the lite copies are to the right. You will see in this example that the lite option has condensed the item & pricing details to fit on one page:
The lite options are also available for credit notes & refunds, and can be accessed in the standard way via Options > Document Setup. Simply choose the following files when configuring the file path:
- InvAndCrdLiteDoc.rpt for invoices/credit notes
- RcptAndRfndLiteDoc.rpt for receipts/refunds
