When two consultants have worked on a customer's trip, it's fair to share the folder's commission proportionally between them.
This feature needs to be enabled by Dolphin Support. Once enabled, 'Joint Owner' and 'Joint %' fields become visible on the pricing tab, and a new report called 'Accounting Report by Joint Owner' also becomes accessible via BMM Advanced Reports.
When 'Joint Owner' and 'Joint %' fields are populated and the folder is accounted for, the shared commission can be reported on, using the 'Accounting Report by Joint Owner'.
For example, if 'Joint Owner' = SYS and 'Joint %' = 40%, and the folder is accounted for, 40% of the folders commission will be reported to SYS, and 60% will remain with the assigned folder owner.
Please note that once this feature is enabled, the fields are visible and editable by all agency users.
