We'd like to give you a further update regarding our upcoming move of the Dolphin system to a more resilient data centre. This move will improve your user experience and reduce the risk of significant outages in the future.
Work has already started to prepare the new data centre, including a proof of concept, testing our in-house environment (which has been very successful), and notifying all our third parties to ensure the new IP range is whitelisted. We wanted to take the opportunity to remind you that if you have any IP restrictions or use FTP services, these will need to be updated to reflect the new range; please refer to our Help Centre or click here for further information and updates.
As we advised in our last notification, we plan to move customers to the new data centre in groups from mid October to early December. We will contact each group of customers ahead of the scheduled date to ensure you have the new URL for the Dolphin login page.
We understand that this may raise some questions, so don't hesitate to contact our Support Team with any questions you may have regarding this move.
