We want to inform you that we will shortly be moving the Dolphin system to a more resilient data centre.
As a result, there will be a new login page for accessing Dolphin. Additionally, if you have any IP range restrictions within your network, you will be required to change these to reflect the new range; 188.65.34.160/28.
We plan to move customers to the new data centre in groups. We will contact each group of customers ahead of the scheduled date to ensure you have the new URL for the Dolphin login page. However, we understand that this may raise some questions, so don't hesitate to contact our support team with any questions you may have regarding this move.
