Top Tip 2: Travel Folder Fatal Abort

Fatal Abort is a function used to force the closure of a travel folder in the event of becoming stuck in a loop of warning messages that you are unable to resolve. Should this situation arise, you can do the following:

1 - Ensure that you have the offending folder open on screen as this is the only way the Travel Folder menu is visible in the booking management module.

2 - Go to the Travel Folder menu

3 - Select Fatal Abort.

Please note that this will discard any changes that may have been made to the folder since it was last saved, so should only be used as a last resort. However, it will not delete or void the folder or any items within, and you will be able to retrieve the folder & continue working on it as normal
