Improvements to the Booking Capture Module for Expedia TAAP Accommodation

Feature 161280: EXPEDIA TAAP BOOKING CAPTURE - Phase 2

Feature 163740: BOOKING CAPTURE: Introduce new branch interface setting to choose if one or multiple pricings are created for captured bookings.

The BMM can now handle all the main meal basis: AI, RO, BB, HB and FB. The BMM also handles any other variation of these main board basis. The meal description is displayed in the room record printing notes tab.

A new branch interface setting has been introduced to determine if TAAP pricings (Accommodation Cost and Taxes & Fees) should be aggregated into one pricing line or displayed separately.

Feature 162398: Expedia TAAP Booking capture: Hotel Mandatory Fees need to be passed as printing notes into the BMM folder.

Previously, Hotel Mandatory Fees were displayed as a separate pricing line in the Hotel item and flagged as paid to Vendor.

Hotel Mandatory Fees are now displayed in the room details printing notes tab and no longer appear as a pricing line paid to vendor.
