Summary of Feature

With this version of the Dolphin Booking Management Module (BMM) we have added some further enhancements to the integration with the Vamoos travel application.

Variables enhancements

- New variables for arrival and departure terminal number for the folder item.

- The printing note variable now behaves in the same way as when printing from the BMM based on the Override Printing Notes checkbox in the Additional Printing Notes tab on the folder item.

- The room type variable now fetches the proper room type text based on the itinerary vendor profile on the folder item.

- The formatDate and formatTime helpers have been updated to allow you to send a blank value to Vamoos instead of default database values 01Jan1980 or 00:00.

Other enhancements

- The customer document names can now be configured per branch, which is useful for non-English speaking travel agents. It also makes the file names more user friendly for the end-customer.

- On the Vamoos frontpage, the last name of the client is used rather than the last name of the passenger added first for a normal BMM folder.

- If No Print On Itin is ticked on the folder item, the setting will also be respected when sending the stories to Vamoos, and thus not send the stories linked to this folder item to Vamoos.

- It is now possible to load images directly in Vamoos for the different product codes. This allows you to have different default images for transfers, dog sledding tours, park tickets, etc assuming they are loaded as separate product codes in the BMM. This applies to Hotel and Other folder item types.
