Changes to the Client profiles Other Info tab
The below passport related fields are now included in the new Traveller Information grid:
- Passport #
- Issue Date
- Place of Issue
- Birth Place
The Other Info tab of client profiles has been re-organised to home a new Traveller Information grid:
The Traveller Information grid allows BMM users to store multiple passport records related to the client profile holder (flagged respectively as Primary Passport and Secondary Passport). And also family and friends details (flagged as Family/Friend Info).
Below is an example of a Traveller Information record set to Primary Passport:
For primary passport and secondary passport traveller information records the following fields are mandatory:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Passport Number
- Passport Issue Date
- Passport Expiry Date
Below is an example of a Traveller Information record set to Family/Friend Info:
For family/friend info records, only the first and last name fields are mandatory.
As these records hold sensitive information, users can specify on what date the record should be purged from the BMM in the Removal Date field (this means that the record will be permanently deleted).
The Removal Date field is also available in the Notes tab > Attachments tab of customer profiles. This will be useful to automatically remove sensitive information (e.g. scanned passport images) from client profiles on a chosen date.
